♡Feather|Flower Care Tips:

Hello Hello!
Ok, so I keep forgetting to make a post about feather/flower care.. people need to remember that these beauties are very delicate and should be taken care of. So here's some tips..

Handle your feather jewelry and accessories gently.
Avoid breaking shafts or pulling out fibers.
Clean soiled feathers with a damp cloth.
Fluff and expand feathers back to natural shape by steaming over tea kettle or pan.
Pheasant Tail, Wing or Duck pointer fibers that separate can be stroked with fingers to "zipper" fibers back into place.
Store feather jewelry and accessories separately and hanging from a jewelry stand or fixture or in a plastic
accessories bag.
Don't leave them in the heat.. they will get hot and they will fall apart. I only use hot glue and stopped using epoxy due to fumes.

If there is anything else...I'll post it! If you have anymore questions feel free to ask! fancyyThat@yahoo.com

DIY weddings...

Latley I've been obessed with do it yourself weddings! Even though I am in no rush to take the plunge... I just love a party and if there is crafts involved? I'm in. I've even gone as far as picked out my dress, location, theme, colors and songs. haa!
I found this amazing designer by the name of Sara Seven and I am in love with her designs! I'm really not into the big puffy dress, beads,or sequins...so I thought her designs were perfect!

I love this look..so effortless.

Oh and I found my dream photographer: Feather Love Photography
Her work is amazing. We're a perfect match! All her photo have a timeless essence to them and I'm always on her blog looking at her stuff. Check her out!

Oh and this is thee cutest DIY wedding..I'm almost cried!
Just click on the picture.

Oh and here are some of my wedding songs...

You and I- Ingrid Michaelson

Home- Edward Sharped & The Magnetic Zeros

Maybe I should just have a party and wear that dress.. I don't see myself getting married anytime soon..hmm sounds like a plan.

On another note! I've posted new accessories for fancyThat. They're super cute. Check them out!
