Mixtape Monday.

Current Music Obession: EVERY TIME I DIE - The big dirty. I'm still in love with that album. Keeps me awake and alert while driving..makes me wanna punch you out! haha. Just Joshing.

I finally got my packaging right for fancyThat!!! And i MUST say... I am impressed. haha jk.. no really I LOVE IT! Ah, I feel so much more professional..?I dunno. But I like this feeling.

Also did some crafting today for the shop..I made some new cute lace flowers! I love em' so! And I hope you will too!On another note...I'm so excited for Gossip Girl today! It has been too long! I'm thinking of creating some pieces that would best represent the Upper East Side.. AKA my new home soon.. ;D Also 90210 is back on tomorrow! Yesss! Gosh, I'm such a T.V show junkie!! :P

Since I do not have to report to jury duty tomorrow, thank the LORD! Even though I would of gotten out of it... I always do.. :P

So, tomorrow should be fun!!

I get to shoot with Angela again tomorrow! I'll be in Redondo Beach for most of the day! I'll be bringing all my accessories and new netting veils! It's going to be effing ferocious! I'll have pix up when we get them from the photographer.

Ok, well I'm going to watch the office and craft..

Weekend Recap

This weekend was a movie filled, antique shoppin' rainy days full of bliss! So of course I had to see Alice in Wonderland... guh. Such a huge disappointment! I'm sorry but it's either a hit or miss for Tim Burton. The last great film he did was...hmm... Nightmare Before Christmas? Eessh. In my opinion they should of stayed true to the original book and they way It was told. None of this what would happen if Alice went back. Completely dumb. It wasn't even just the story, It was the CGI, the costumes, and Johnny Depp. I love him just as much as the next crazy girl out there, but I didn't understand why he was Scottish or why he sounded like Captain Jack Sparrow? OK.. seriously. I'm going to write a screen play on Lewis Carroll and his life and how the Alice stories came to be.

Well enough with that...

Matt and I went to a plethora of antique stores this weekend! We hit up Pasadena, Monrovia, and even went as far as Agoura Hills. He was looking for straight razors and I was looking for buttons, charms, brooches anything I could use for fancyThat. Poop Matt found only one razor.. :( haha.

However, I found a ton of stuff that I fell in love with!! AH! I cannot wait to own my own house! Soon I hope!

These stores were adorned with just about every thing I ever dreamed about! From shabby chic furniture, clothes, mirrors to amazing vintage books! I took some snap shots a long the way..

In the Morning Afternoon..

Things I need to do today:

1. Work on custom orders and finish them today!

2.Post Office.. self explanatory

3.Drive to Whittier (get lost) cause I never ever go over there..I don't like that city..I don't know why. I have to drop off a camera I'm selling.

4.I need to work on my new packaging! I'm so excited for this one!

5.Eat at some point of the day.. I always forget this one.

6.Come home and do some online marketing.

My goals for the day.. GET SOME!

Craft Fest!

Woke up, drove to Matt's, ate...then hit the town..Ok, more like Michael's, Sally's Beauty Supply, and then home to work. Got something fun in the mail.. Inglorious Bastards! Ah.. I love Netflicks. Such a great movie.So today I made a couple of new goodies! Since there is so much hype around Alice in Wonderland... I found some inspiring jewels and created 3 pieces that I think play off of certain characters from the book. I must say, I love the way they came out.

I also made a big hair bow! Hahhaa..it's super cute! I'm not really into making the whole bow fad that seems to be going on..but I had some left over vinyl and made a Minnie Mouse Inspired bow..hehe.Here are a couple snap shots of todays funtivities!
