Good policies. Hair items are so personal that you really can't return them.
Just a suggestion. I read on Handmadeology this morning that Dec 10 should be the cut off for 1st class shipping in the states and Dec 3 internataionally.
I have included a statement in my announcement that if anyone wants, they can pay for express shipping if they are late.
